Refund policy
We will provide an exchange for your order within 7 days after signature,  as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. Â
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will pay the shipping fee and the price difference.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youâll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, weâll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  We will provide an exchange for your order within 7 days after signature,  as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. You must pay shipping fee on any and all returns and the difference for the price of items returned that cost less than the replacement item(s).
Before shipping back, please email us firstly for the shipping address. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. We have all the right to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission.
Overview of Exchange Process:
1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For bundles/weft, the weft must be unfolded, unworn, or tampered with; For lace wigs, lace should be intact and hair unwashed. No heat or styling products or fragrances should be applied. Pictures with intact lace are required; For Upart wigs, no return/exchange will be allowed if you cut the tapes at the " U" shape area or tamper the hair in any way such as brushing, washing, colored, or bleached or any alteration.Â
2. The return shipping fee is the buyer's responsibility. We advise you use USPS for your return.Â
3. The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once the package was shipped out, we can't cancel or modify order information in any case. Also, do not refuse packages even if you don't want the product anymore, we can't offer a 100% refund if the package was refused without contacting our customer service.
Refunds
We will notify you once weâve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youâll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
